Believe it or not, I entered into the heating and air business in 1981, and was hired by two different companies to sell service commercially. Since TriWest Heating & Air is so proficient and competitive in our installations, most people don't know that the first five years of my work involved commercial service contracts. Most people do not understand why HVAC service is so expensive, it can cost as much as $80 -$130 dollars per hour of service, I completely understand this, and have seen many pricing models over the years. Our pricing model is somewhat old-fashioned, we just charge our customers for the work completed. Our hourly rates are low and we sell parts as inexpensively as anyone in this business. Please be weary of companies that claim they want to give you something for free - you know the old saying "there is nothing for free". We typically charge $80 for a service call, free estimates are limited to new equipment installation bids alone, HVAC service diagnoses is never free. There are companies who give free estimates on a hope of getting in the door, they pay the service man commission of the parts they sell you and the more money they squeeze out of you, the better their commission. TriWest Heating & Air does not play money games, we just charge you a fair price for every service we offer, we bend over backwards to save you money where possible. We encourage you to give us a try.
